Design Notes
The composite part was constructed using CPEC, therefore we needed to ensure that the overhangs designed for TMM and pTS00 would anneal

The TMM coding sequence was cloned into the pTS00 plasmid (from our home institution: Centre de Recherche Interdisciplinaire) using Circular Polymerase Extension cloning (CPEC). The TMM sequence was amplified from the iGEM part BBa_K1403015 and the rest of the parts were found in the pTS00 plasmid.
